The Suosdei Cambodia Association is firmly committed to producing, processing, packaging, and distributing Sacha Inchi products that are safe, of high quality, and compliant with applicable national and international laws and standards. This commitment aims to protect consumer health and strengthen customer confidence. The Association shall continuously implement and improve its Food Safety and Quality Management System based on the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other relevant international standards to ensure that all products are safe, reliable, and of consistently high quality.

2. Objectives

This policy is established to ensure food safety for consumers, guarantee that products meet defined quality specifications, prevent biological, chemical, and physical contamination, comply with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements, and enhance credibility and market competitiveness. In addition, the Association aims to promote a culture of food safety and responsibility for product quality at all levels of the organization.

This policy applies to all Sacha Inchi products, including Sacha Inchi fruits, seeds, roasted seeds, Sacha Inchi powder, Sacha Inchi oil, and all other processed products derived from Sacha Inchi. It covers all operational activities, including raw material receiving, cleaning, storage, processing, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, transportation, distribution, product traceability, and product recall when necessary. The policy also applies to management, employees, volunteers, suppliers, contractors, business partners, and distributors involved in the Association’s supply chain and production activities.
